On their own once again, our hosts are immediately split up by 800 miles as Adrian calls in from St. Louis. After Jeff and Zach try and sell Adrian on Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, they all dig into some recently played games. Jeff gets screwed by The Grizzled expansion, Zach got to try out Yokohama for the first time, and Adrian shuffled some cards in Legendary Encounters: Alien. In the News section, some new figures for Blood Bowl are coming out and an expansion to Isle of Skye is announced. In Kickstarters, TMG Deluxifies Flow of History, The Manhattan Project sequel finally shows up, and some bears dig up some honey in Ursa Miner. Our host move on to the review of the week, which happens to be Blood rage. Does this viking game have what it takes to call upon Ragnarok and end the world as the king of games? Or does its’ drafting and Kickstarter exclusives have it fall short of Vahalla? Find out inside! Afterwards, some BGG questions on Blood rage are answered and a couple of emails close out the show.
