Our hosts are joined once again by, friend of the show, Ant, and he starts off strong with some Bloody Minute Talk with Jeff. Moving onto recently played games, Zach finally tried out Hanamikoji, Adrian played Rhein: River Trade with Edward from Heavy Cardboard, and Jeff got Adrian’s copy of Keyflower to the table. In a short news section, one of Jeff's friends wins a CMoN mini painting competition. In Kickstarter, The Grimm Forest is mentioned, and Adrian brings up his new favorite game style, 18XX, with the new 18CZ. Moving on to the review of the week, it’s a dual review of Power Grid and Power Grid the Card Game! Does the original still hold up? Or did it lose it’s spark when compared to newer games? Does the Card Game version replace the main game? Or does the Card Game lack the heavier appeal of the original? Find out inside!
